Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities):
• กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของการบริหารจัดการอาคารตามมาตรฐานและกฏระเบียบ
• ควบคุม ดูแลพนักงาน Outsource ตามเงื่อนไขสัญญา
• ดูแลความปลอดภัยของทรัพย์สิน สาธารณูปโถคส่วนกลาง และประสานงานในการดูแลซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษา
• อำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้เช่าต่าง ๆ ของอาคาร และผู้มาติดต่อ
• กำหนดแผนงานและจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงให้สอดคล้องกับเทศกาลต่างๆ เช่น การซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟ เป็นต้น
• ควบคุมประสานงานกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการต่าง ๆ ของอาคารเช่น กำจัดแมลง ลิฟต์ ฯลฯ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทรัพย์สินหรือนิติบุคคล 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ เช่น Microsoft office
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจกฎหมายอาคาร และทักษะในงานด้านบริหารอาคาร
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์-เสาร์)
