• Plan and develop budget strategies for product management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage assigned product lines and support sales initiatives to achieve targeted sales goals. • Develop promotional plans for products in collaboration with the sales team and manufacturers. • Conduct joint visits with the sales team to key customers for technical support or new product presentations. • Coordinate between the sales team and the R&D team to select appropriate raw materials for formula development and product promotion. • Liaise with suppliers regarding documentation and technical information, as well as organize seminars. • Develop marketing trends analysis to support sales efforts. • Organize technical seminars for manufacturers as appropriate to promote sales. • Develop and conduct product training programs for sales staff and product research and development personnel • Coordinate with the sales manager to monitor sales performance and ongoing projects • Prepare documents or presentations for client presentations in Thai or in formats as required by the clients • Schedule customer visits appropriately for manufacturers to promote sales, including providing technical information to the sales team • Research additional technical information beyond what suppliers provide, or in cases where suppliers cannot provide it, to support customers • Prepare summary reports as requested by manufacturers to monitor overall sales & product progress • Review remaining stock to encourage the sales team to clear inventory, including conducting customer visits with sales staff to help boost sales • Develop and implement business strategies for the food ingredient and health ingredient segments • Develop annual sales targets and marketing budgets for the division • Oversee product portfolio management for the food ingredient and health ingredient • Build and maintain relationships with major manufacturers and R&D centers in the industry • Work with country managers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in food ingredient or nutritional supplement industry
Strong understanding of food regulations and safety standards
Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
Experience in ingredient applications and food technology
Knowledge of global food trends and nutritional product development
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience working with food technologists and R&D professionals
Strong understanding to combine role of sales & product manager
Having working experience of monitoring the regional teams; Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia
Excellent command of English with proficiency
