Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสาร คู่มือทะเบียนและประวัติอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์รวมไปถึงอุปกรณ์ไอที ที่มีอยู่ภายในบริษัท 2. จัดทำแผนการตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์ไอที 3. ตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์ ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่ตลอดเวลา 4. ซ่อมอุปกรณ์ไอทีตามที่ได้แจ้งและใบร้องขอใช้อุปกรณ์สารสนเทศ 5. Support User และให้คำปรึกษาในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ไอที 6. ควบคุมดูแลการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ไอทีให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท 7. วางแผนงานในการบำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ไอทีและโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ 8. ควบคุมดูแลระบบการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท 9. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งให้บริการด้านเทคนิคกับผู้ใช้งานอุปกรณ์ไอที 10. ปฏิบัติตามแผนงานด้านความปลอดภัย/ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบงานสารสนเทศ
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ระบบ Network ซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์
  4. การวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบ, มีความรู้ทางด้านระบบเครือข่าย
  6. สามารถวิเคราะห์โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, บุคลิกภาพดี, รักในงานบริการ และสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
