Job Descriptions

- Manage and maintain transportation data throughout the entire delivery process. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data in internal systems, coordinate with related departments both internal and external. - Proactively resolve operational issues that arise during the transportation process, such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, manpower absenteeism, customer changes or updates, etc. - Monitor the performance of manpower under supervision and task progress. - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and external use. - Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. - Assist in planning and resource allocation to optimize manpower assignments and delivery timelines. - Conduct inventory checks that relate to operations and coordinate with relevant departments to replenish or replace items as needed. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic English communication skills for workplace interaction.
Able to drive a car.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools (e.g., ERP systems, SAP) is a plus.
Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks.
