เจ้าหน้าที่งบประมาณและรายงาน (2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent) - จัดทำรายงานงบประมาณประจำปีของกลุ่มมิตรผล ตรวจสอบ ชี้ประเด็น และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล - จัดทำรายงานเพื่อการบริหาร (Management Report) พร้อมบทวิเคราะห์ เช่น รายงานงบกำไรขาดทุน งบดุล งบกระแสเงินสด รายงานอัตราส่วนทางการเงิน รายงานต้นทุน รายงานวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง ฯลฯ เพื่อนำเสนอคณะกรรมการบริหาร คณะกรรมการบริษัท ผู้ถือหุ้น บริษัทจัดอันดับเดรดิต ฯลฯ - พัฒนามาตรฐานกลาง ในเรื่องต่าง ๆ เช่น แนวปฏิบัติ แบบฟอร์ม รายงาน กระบวนการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำงบประมาณและรายงานเพื่อการบริหารให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์และความต้องการของผู้บริหาร รวมทั้งกำกับดูแลและสนับสนุนให้ทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด - นำเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยี เช่น Power BI, RPA, Machine Learning, AI ฯลฯ มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อให้การจัดทำงบประมาณและการนำเสนอรายงานเพื่อการบริหารมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือสูงขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานบัญชี หรืองานจัดทำงบประมาณ 2 ขึ้นไป
  3. มีทักษะในการใช้ SAP, Microsoft Office
