Job Descriptions
ดำเนินการการจัดทำการจ่ายค่าจ้างและเงินเดือนอย่างละเอียดรอบคอบและตรงต่อเวลา
ดำเนินการคำนวณการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนต่างๆ อาทิ ค่าล่วงเวลา, ค่าเข้ากะ, ค่าเบี้ยขยัน
ดำเนินการคำนวณรายการหักต่างๆ อาทิ กรมบังคับคดี, กยศ, หักทรัพย์สินเสียหาย
ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม บันทึก สถิติ ขาด ลา มาสาย (Time Attendance)
จัดทำหนังสือรับรองประเภทต่างๆ อาทิ หนังสือรับรองเงินเดือน หนังสือรับรองการทำงาน เป็นต้น
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำเงินเดือนโดยตรง 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี ใช้สูตรในการคำนวนได้ ใช้ Pivot และ Vlookup ได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความถี่ถ้วนในการทำงาน
- มี Service Mind ที่ดี
- พร้อมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงและมีความยืนหยุ่นสูง
