Job Descriptions
Location: Seabra Trans International Job Description: The System Analyst/IT Support will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT systems, ensuring that our technological infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing system improvements, and providing technical support to our staff. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our operating system, PTS, and our finance module, SAP. A background in logistics or knowledge of the freight forwarding industry will be highly advantageous.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. .Proven experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
  4. Experience with scripting and automation tools.
  5. Proficiency in using and managing PTS and SAP systems.
  6. Understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex IT projects.
  8. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in clear and understandable language.
  9. Age 25-35 years old
