Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อวางบิล และเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการวางบิล 2.ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า เพื่อสอบถามรับเช็ค และแจ้งฝ่ายบัญชีให้ทราบ 3.รับวางบิล supplier และลงข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำแผนการจ่าย 4.จัดทำและจัดเตรียม เอกสาร ดังนี้ •เอกสารขออนุมัติ และจดหมายต่าง ๆ •เอกสารการเบิกจ่าย •เอกสารประกอบการเสนอราคา / ประกวดราคา 5.จัดเก็บและสรุปข้อมูลโครงการ 6.ประสานงานทั่วไปกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและนอกองค์กร 7.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีด้านบริหารธุรกิจ บริหารสำนักงาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างดี
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านธุรการโครงการ หรือด้านบัญชีจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การจัดการ และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
