Job Descriptions
1.Relationship Management with Designers and Influencers
- Develop and maintain a strong network of interior designers, design studios, and key opinion leaders in the design industry.
- Identify and nurture relationships with up to 60 high-potential designers and firms to increase the likelihood of Rockworth products being specified in commercial design projects.
- Plan and execute engagement activities to foster long-term relationships such as client visits, networking events, and design talks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the growth in project numbers and product specifications driven by the designer network.
- Build confidence in the brand through immersive product experiences.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Product Development, and Marketing teams.
- Gather feedback from the design community to support product development and marketing tool creation tailored to design professionals’ needs.
3. Strategic Marketing & Designer Engagement
- Co-develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the design community.
- Promote Rockworth’s solutions through actual design projects.
- Work with design influencers to plan collaborative campaigns and showcase brand relevance in workplace design trends.
4. Mock-Up Presentation and Project Support
- Present mock-ups to help designers visualize the application of Rockworth products in real projects.
- Coordinate the setup of mock-ups for ongoing projects to give designers and clients a tangible experience.
- Work closely with the presales team to ensure that the mock-ups align with client requirements and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Male/ Female 26-35 Years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development
- Experience in the design industry, furniture business, workplace solutions, or interior design products is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading a team and developing strategies to drive business growth through designer engagement.
- Good Command in English

5. Providing Feedback for Product Development
