Company: SVOA Public Co., Ltd. Working Location: SVOA Service Center – Ratburana Road Report to:GM/Sr. Manager Job Summary: Responsible for production management for all operational of PC-IT assembly line, QC, packing and delivery, Join our dynamic team as material plaining and production leader, where you'll plan and manage in production line (Assembly & QC process) with cost efficiencies to our clients. You'll leverage your manufacturing management expertise and management tools to support our activities and drive customer success. Job Responsibilities: •Production Management: Design, plan, and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control. •Production Planning: Develop detailed, production schedules, allocate materials resources, and ensure timely material availability for seamless operations. •Assembly Line Preparation: Coordinate the setup and optimization of assembly lines, ensuring proper equipment, workforce distribution, and material flow. •Process Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (If can..) methodologies to enhance productivity, tack time and reduce waste. •Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all products meet industry ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards and internal quality benchmarks. •Team Leadership & Workforce Development: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maximize output and maintain safety protocols. •Equipment & Resource Management: Oversee proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and tools necessary for assembly operations. •Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline production workflows. •Understanding the ESD and Contamination control methodologies for prevention. •Reporting & Problem-solving: Compile daily production reports, monthly reports, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Science, or a relevant field.
At least five years of experience in High-volume production environments, modern assembly line and production role
Hands-on experience in production planning, assembly line setup, and optimization.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected production challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams
