•Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities.
•Prepare and maintain regular operational update reports for customers.
•Analyze operational data to ensure workflow efficiency and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
