-Set monthly and quarterly sales plans with clear goals.
3. Lead & Support the Sales Team
-Organize the team, assign roles clearly, and help improve how the team works.
-Provide coaching or training on key skills like presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
-Keep track of team performance and use KPIs to measure success.
4. Marketing Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the project’s brand image resonates with target audiences.
- Support planning and execution of marketing events such as private previews, soft launches, and open houses.
- Select the marketing channels both online and offline - to promote the project.
5. Take Care of Customers (CRM)
- Help improve how we follow up with customers, before, during, and after the sale.
- Collecting and analyzing customer data to improve future sales approaches.
6. Report to Management
- Prepare summary reports on performance and progress.
- Join meetings with management to share ideas and suggest improvements, especially when plans or directions change.
