Job Descriptions
1. นำการเก็บความต้องการ (Requirement Gathering) และจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Lead requirement gathering sessions and define detailed business and system requirements.
2. วิเคราะห์กระบวนการธุรกิจที่มีอยู่ และเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using technology.
3. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้โซลูชันสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment between IT solutions and business goals.
4. แปลความต้องการทางธุรกิจเป็นคุณลักษณะทางเทคนิคให้ทีมพัฒนา
Work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
5. ดูแลการดำเนินงานของโครงการตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนสิ้นสุด รวมถึงการทดสอบและใช้งานจริง
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, documentation, testing, and implementation.
6. ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน พร้อมบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Management)
Conduct user training, change management, and post-implementation support.
7. ดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีม BA รุ่นใหม่ หรือทีมโครงการ
Supervise and mentor junior BAs or cross-functional project team members.
8. ติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการและรายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ
Monitor KPIs and report progress of IT initiatives to leadership.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโทในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ระบบอย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี (Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.)
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.)
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประกันภัยหรือการเงินจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Experience with insurance or financial services is a strong advantage.)
- เข้าใจกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (SDLC) และ Agile/Scrum (Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodology.)
- หากมีใบรับรอง CBAP, PMI-PBA หรือ PMP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are a plus.)
