1.สรรหาคนตามความต้องการของแต่ละแผนก
2.คัดเลือกใบสมัคร ปฐมนิเทศ เก็บรวบรวมและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
3.ติดตามผลการทดลองงาน
4.จัดเตรียมสถานที่และหลักสูตรเพื่อฝึกอบรม
5.ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิ ปวส.หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารงานบุคคล รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากวุฒิไม่ตรง แต่มีประสบการณ์งานบุคคลจะรับพิจารณา
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft office
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
