Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและสนับสนุนทีมโลจิสติกส์การขาย รวมถึงการขนส่งสินค้า การจัดเก็บสินค้า การขนส่ง และอื่นๆ ที่เกียวข้องกับทีมฝ่ายขาย - จัดทำและกรอกใบเสนอราคาที่ถูกต้องและตรงเวลาให้กับลูกค้าตามความต้องการด้านโลจิสติกส์ของลูกค้า - รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่เพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจและการรักษาลูกค้าไว้ พร้อมทั้งระบุและแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ ในบริการโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมด - ตรวจสอบและตอบอีเมลและข้อกำหนดงานประจำวันจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทั้งภายในและภายนอก - ร่วมมือกับแผนกภายในต่าง ๆ เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้า แก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิผล - ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจโดยรวม
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ภาษาจีนธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานการขาย พัฒนาธุรกิจ บริการลูกค้า อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
  3. มีความสามารถทางภาษาจีน พูด อ่าน เขียน พิมพ์เอกสาร (HSK5 ขึ้นไป)
  4. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาที่ดี มีเป้าหมายชัดเจน และให้ความสำคัญกับการบริการลูกค้า
  6. สามารถทำงานตามตารางเวลาหรือ Support การทำงานนอกเวลา และเดินทางเกี่ยวกับงานตามความจำเป็นได้
