Job Descriptions

- Provide basic IT support for internal users (hardware, software, network) - Support and troubleshoot: Microsoft 365 (Email, Teams, SharePoint) IP Phone, printers, and smart devices - Monitor and assist with Veeam Backup jobs - Maintain and support Active Directory / Domain (On-Premise & Cloud) - Set up new computers and perform basic maintenance - Prepare and update user manuals and IT help documents

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, network, and Microsoft 365
Responsible, eager to learn, and service-minded
Fresh graduates are welcome (0–2 years of experience)
