Job Descriptions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1)Research and evaluate AI tools (e.g., workflow automation platforms like n8n, LLM-based applications) that can support operational efficiency. 2)Deploy and configure AI tools in collaboration with infrastructure and operation teams; manage installation where applicable. 3)Work with business units to understand their challenges and propose AI-enabled solutions. 4)Collaborate with software engineers, IT, and related teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. 5)Design and prototype workflows or automations to demonstrate tool capabilities. 6)Provide user enablement through documentation, demonstrations, and training sessions. 7)Track and document tool usage, deployment processes, and discovered use cases. 8)Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies. 9)Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by the superior.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information or Data related fields
  2. Strong analytical, initiative and logical reasoning skills.
  3. Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
  4. Self-driven with a proactive attitude and strong learning agility.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Experience with any technical skill : Python, JavaScript, or similar, GitHub and VS Code, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  7. Understanding of APIs, JSON data formats, or basic DevOps concepts.
  8. Prior experience with AI tools and automation platform (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud Vision, Hugging Face, n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
