Job Descriptions
- สถาปนิก ปฏิบัติหน้าที่บริหารโครงการและควบคุมงานก่อสร้างเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาก่อสร้าง แบบรูปตามสัญญา รายการประกอบแบบ และข้อกำหนดแนบท้ายสัญญา รวมถึงความถูกต้องเหมาะสมในมาตรฐานวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมที่ดี และถูกต้องตามข้อกฎหมาย - ควบคุมแผนงานก่อสร้าง (Master Schedule) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องขั้นตอนการเตรียมงานโครงสร้าง, สถาปัตยกรรม, ระบบไฟฟ้า-สื่อสาร, ระบบสุขาภิบาล, ระบบดับเพลิง และระบบปรับอากาศ รวมถึงระบบอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี) - ตรวจสอบแผนกำหนดการส่งขออนุมัติวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ - สรุปข้อมูลความก้าวหน้างานก่อสร้างประจำสัปดาห์, ประจำเดือนนำเสนอประธานกรรมการตรวจการจ้างก่อสร้าง
Qualifications
  1. ตำแหน่ง สถาปนิก เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. การศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับปริญญาตรี สถาปัตยกรรม สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมหลัก
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างด้านสถาปัตยกรรม 3-5 ปี
  4. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพไม่ต่ำกว่าระดับภาคีสถาปนิก
  5. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD ได้ดี
  6. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 08.30 -17.30 น. ณ สำนักงานใหญ่
  7. ตำแหน่ง ช่างเทคนิค เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  8. การศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับปวส. สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม
  9. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการบริหารและควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง 5-7 ปี
  10. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD ได้ดี
  11. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ 08.30 -17.30 น. ณ สำนักงานใหญ่
