Job Descriptions
- ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการแพทย์ เช่น ชุดตรวจ ATK, Rapid Test และอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์อื่นๆ - ประสานงานและจัดเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อนำเข้าสินค้า (Import Documentation) - จัดทำและยื่นเอกสารขึ้นทะเบียน อย. และติดตามสถานะการอนุมัติ - ติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานราชการ เช่น อย., ศุลกากร, กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ฯลฯ - ทำงานร่วมกับทีมจัดซื้อ, ทีมนำเข้า เพื่อให้การนำเข้าเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง - ให้ความรู้เบื้องต้นกับทีมขายหรือลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ - จัดทำรายงานสรุปสถานะผลิตภัณฑ์และการอนุมัติเอกสารต่อผู้บริหาร - ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด อย. หรือกฎระเบียบใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุปกรณ์การแพทย์
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์, เทคนิคการแพทย์, เภสัชศาสตร์, วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้า หรือขึ้นทะเบียน อย. สำหรับอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและระเบียบของ อย. เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือแพทย์
  4. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะการอ่านเอกสารสินค้า, MSDS, Certificate ฯลฯ)
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการประสานงานกับหลายฝ่าย
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
