Job Descriptions
Create and manage engaging contents for internal and external channels (e.g., social medias, newsletters, intranet, digital displays, emails) Assist in managing project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Contribute to the deployment of HR programs that drive business success. Support the roll-out of HR projects and assist in tracking participation, feedback and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective internal messaging. Coordinate campaigns and events that reinforce the employer brand and employee engagement. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness to continuously improve engagement strategies. Maintain records related to HR initiatives and data. Perform additional duties as required to support the team and business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  2. Have proven knowledge of marketing campaign tactics and project management.
  3. Be creative, fun, energy and lively.
  4. Knowledge of social media management and video production is an advantage.
