รายละเอียดงาน 1. ดำเนินการตามกระบวนการสรรหา ว่าจ้าง 2. ดำเนินการด้านสวัสดิการ และผลประโยชน์พนักงาน 3. ดำเนินการตามงานด้านการส่งเสริมแรงงานสัมพันธ์ 4. ช่วยเหลือกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ของงานด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล 5. งานระบบ HRIS (Time /Attendance)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา นิติศาสตร์ ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่ เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไปในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
  3. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี มีทักษะ AI ด้าน Chat GPT, Canva, Power Automate, CapCut, PowerBI จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
