Job DescriptionsAsset Management System Administration:
- Monitor and administer the AMS, making necessary adjustments for cycle counts and addressing discrepancies between asset transfers in and out across various stations.
Inventory Management:
- Consolidate and review monthly consumable materials and equipment.
- Set up monthly budgets and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
- Repair and Return Management:
- Oversee the traffic of repair and return equipment, identifying items that are not worth repairing.
- Forecast replacement quantities to maintain effective asset availability.
New Setup Support:
- Ensure sufficient equipment setup for new locations, coordinating with relevant teams to meet operational needs.
- Billing reconciliation
- Subcontractor agent and outbound transportation; check with actual tracking vs subcontractor number
Reporting and Insights:
- Provide comprehensive reports on inventory management, including performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or a related field.
