Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: Develop, and maintain business rules using Python in an internal BRMS platform, leveraging a proprietary low-code visualization interface. Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to interpret requirements and translate them into executable rule logic. Build modular, scalable rule components with high reusability and performance across multiple use cases. Ensure rule accuracy and compliance with regulatory or business constraints through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and automated validation checks. Maintain rule lifecycle documentation and provide clear traceability from business requirement to deployed logic. Troubleshoot and debug rules in production, performing root cause analysis and deploying timely fixes. Participate in the design and evolution of the low-code rule editor, working closely with the platform engineering team to suggest improvements and usability enhancements. Stay informed on best practices in Python development, BRMS technologies, and low-code/no-code trends to support continuous platform evolution.
Qualifications
  1. Programming Language: Python, Java
  2. Database: MongoDB, Databricks
  3. Desired Skills (bonus if you have): javascript, java, BRMS tools
