Research & Development Leadership
- Strategic Innovation Management: Develop and execute comprehensive R&D strategies aligned with
business objectives, focusing on functional food ingredients and cosmeceutical product development
- Product Development: Lead the development of new natural products for functional ingredients Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sale & marketing,
operations and supply chain to ensure successful project execution from concept to commercialization
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor R&D personnel, providing technical guidance and fostering a
culture of innovation and continuous improvement Technical Expertise
- Formulation Development: Oversee formulation development for cosmetic and functional food
ingredients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Analytical Development: Develop and implement analytical techniques for screening, standardizing, and
quantifying compounds from natural products using advanced analytical methods
- Technology Transfer: Manage technology transfer processes from laboratory scale to pilot and
production scale, ensuring seamless commercialization
Sales Support & Business Development
- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to support sales teams in client presentations and
product demonstrations
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond to technical inquiries from internal departments and
external customers regarding product development
Project Management & Operations Budget Management: Develop, execute, and monitor R&D budgets while ensuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field; a Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Essential: Minimum 7-10 years of R&D experience in functional foods, cosmetics, or related industries
- Leadership: Minimum 3-5 years of management experience leading R&D teams
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in natural product development, encapsulation technologies, and cosmeceutical formulations
- Innovation leadership and ability to translate research into commercial products
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
- Effective communication in English and Thai
- Business and market understanding to align R&D with company goals
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- International collaboration and patent experience
- Clinical study and technology commercialization expertise
