Job Descriptions
1. Review and modify 3D files received from customers before printing
2. Prepare files for optimal 3D printing, especially wax models
3. Operate and maintain in-house 3D printers
4. Produce sample prints for demonstrations and testing
5. Work with sales and technical teams to support customer needs
6. Troubleshoot basic issues related to CAD/CAM files and printing
Qualifications
- Proficient in Rhino 3D and MATRIX / MatrixGold
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing, especially wax/resin printers
- Good understanding of file preparation and support structure design
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in the Jewellery industry is an advantage
- Basic English skills required (Able to read emails and communicate with customers and co-worker)
