Job Descriptions

1. Plan production, set production targets (quality, production cost, delivery) 2. Take care of standard systems and tools related to quality systems in the automotive industry 3. Understand and can operate various production processes related to new products 4. Plan, manage and control new product development projects 5. Manage the store and warehouse systems, including product delivery 6. Contact and coordinate with internal and external customers about problematic products and can make decisions about problems of the workpiece immediately 7. Education fore mployees to follow the rules

Qualifications

Male / Female
Age between 35-45 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Industry or related fields
Should have at least 5 years of experience in managing quality control processes and quality assurance.
Previously a representative of the quality management system in the organization or QMR
Able to analyze data, report and identify problems to improve processes and products.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking, to coordinate with the team and stakeholders
Able to lead the team, plan production work, assign tasks and develop the team.
Able to make decisions quickly and efficiently, including being able to solve problems appropriately.
Previously trained in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 systems.
Previously created documents on IATF 16949 systems such as FMEA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
Able to speak, read and write English fluently
Has leadership qualities, works under pressure and can solve immediate problems effectively
