Job Descriptions
1.ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่แขก ผู้มาติดต่อ หรือผู้มาติดต่อทางธุรกิจของบริษัท
2.รับสายโทรศัพท์ ตอบคำถามพื้นฐาน และโอนสายไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.รับและกระจายเอกสาร ให้กับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายในบริษัท
ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของบริเวณหน้าสำนักงาน รวมถึงบริเวณต้อนรับ
4.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5.งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรีหรือวุฒิเทียบเท่า ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, สังคมศาสตร์, มนุษยศาสตร์, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน พนักงานต้อนรับ หรือด้าน Service 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานและมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- บุคลิกภาพดีและชอบในการ Service
- สามารถสื่อสารอังกฤษ ได้
