Job Descriptions
-Cooperate with Assistant Superisor,Supervisor to control hourly output to achieve group's target.
-Ensure that all operators are working with the highest standard of quality and tact time.
-Coaching and training new member to understand production information floe and process technique.
-Work with all team members tomaximize productivity and efficiency.
-Take record on time and immediately report all abnormal condition of tools,machine,material,process etc. to direct commander or higher.
-Repair NG seat.
-Keep work areas clean and organized.
-Follow all company policies.
-Working under Tachi-S Automotive Seating (Thailand) Co.,ltd. company regulationd,Safety rule,quality and environment management systems.
-Working follows other commander assignment.
Qualifications
- Male, 27-35 Years
- Secondary school, High School,Vocational Ed. Or Diploma.
- Direct experience in auto seat production up to 5 Years.
