Job Descriptions
•Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics,
dashboards, and other BI solutions.
•Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns,
and insights that can influence business strategies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial,
Risk, Operations, Product) to understand business needs and
translate them into analytical requirements.
•Write and optimize SQL, queries to extract, transform, and
load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
•Support the maintenance and documentation of data models,
KPIs, and metrics definitions.
•Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security when handling
sensitive information.
•Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, providing
training and support to enhance data literacy across the
company.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in MIS, IT, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis roles
- Strong creative and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- A product mindset - ask and address the most important analytical questions with a view on enhancing a product's impact.
- Experience in the data analytics lifecycle including problem identification, measurement/matrix, exploratory data analysis and data insight presentation.
- Proficient in data tools and languages such as Google Sheets, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
