- เป็นผู้ให้บริการลูกค้าด้านข้อมูล, นำเสนอสินค้า โปรโมชั่น แพคเกจ และบริการของ AIS รวมทั้งแจ้งผลดีที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ - การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจ ในการใช้สินค้า และบริการของบริษัท (ประจำอาคาร AIS Contact Center Development & Training Arena ตำบลโคกกรวด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา) โทรสอบถาม 044 049 703, 044 049 704
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ ศิลปศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสื่อสารและการขาย
  2. มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานบริการ และมีความมุ่งมั่นต่องาน Call Center
  3. มีทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ดี สนใจในเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ
  4. ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานสำหรับการทำงาน Call Center ได้
  5. เข้างานเป็นกะ, ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน / สัปดาห์ (หมุนเวียนวันหยุด)
